Shipping & Returns
For our Minneapolis neighbors that would prefer to pick-up their order rather than pay for shipping- we offer a pick-up option at Showroom. Showroom is located at 615 West Lake Street, Minneapolis, MN 55408. Select "Showroom Pick-up" during your checkout process and we will notify you once your order is ready for you.
Currently we ship using USPS Priority Mail. However, we reserve the right to alter our shipping provider at any time.
Domestic Shipping within the USA is $10.
International Shipping to Canada, Europe, and Australia is $20.
** Our international shipping rates do not include any duties or taxes that may be required upon arrival. You may be required to pay for additional charges in order for your package to clear customs. **

TRACKING AND INSURANCE
All packages are tracked to ensure delivery and will include insurance up until delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by USPS.
Most items are made-to-order and will require 3-5 business days before they are shipped. Thank you for understanding this as part of our sustainable process.
We will notify you via email once we have shipped your order.
If for any reason you do not love your Tessa Louise item and are not completely satisfied, we will happily accept your returned purchase for an exchange, store credit or a refund.
Returns must be received within 15 days of the ship date to qualify for a refund or within 21 days to qualify for an exchange or store credit. All returns should be sent pre-paid as we will not accept CODs. We will refund or exchange your purchase in it's full amount, minus shipping costs. All returned items must be un-washed, un-worn and un-damaged. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange items damaged from wear or wash.

We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving returned merchandise. Upon the occurrence of an exchange, please allow for standard manufacturing time of 5-7 business days to cut, sew, and ship your new item.
Because of our sourcing practices, some items will not be able to be exchanged. This will depend on the availability of materials. If you are concerned about the availability of an exchange, please email us at email@example.com.
Store credit does not expire and will be issued to you via a 'promo code' to be applied to you next purchase.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. While we take every precaution to prevent these occurrences, we hope you will allow us to rectify the situation if it does occur.
Please read the care instructions for your item carefully. We are not responsible for damage to your item that is incurred upon it's wash and care.
